1. Ethically and Environmentally Grown Flowers
We know where the flowers are grown and how they travel to our studio. We primarily use fieldgrown flowers, sourced as locally as possible. During the Finnish off-season, we order flowers from Estonia, the Netherlands, and other parts of Europe from carefully selected growers, and they travel to us on land and by ferry to keep the carbon footprint as low as possible.

2. Fair Working Conditions and Compensation
Our florists are paid a fair and above-average wage for the industry. The working conditions on flower farms we source from are humane. We can ensure that all the flowers we purchase are grown according to the highest standards, both environmentally and ethically.


3. Minimizing Waste
We generate no waste as we operate as an order-based florist and only purchase materials when necessary. Waste is a huge issue in the flower industry, and we want to do our part in preventing it. We use eco-friendly, reusable arrangement bases and techniques. In floral installations, single-use plastic waste only comes from anchor tape and zip tie fastenings. When you order our recycling service, your wedding flowers are given a second life by the charity organization FloweRescue.

All prices for installations, arrangements and bud vases include the rent for the vessels. You can rent vases for the personal flowers from us for an extra fee. The total price includes a service fee of 12 %, which covers planning, planning meetings, other planning communications, and labor costs for larger arrangements. Prices include VAT of 25.5 %.

  • The price of wedding flowers is influenced by factors such as the types of flowers used, their quantity, and the time spent on design and flower binding.

    We always do our best to ensure that your wedding flowers meet your expectations, which is why we allocate separate time for the design process. Additionally, the binding process takes time, such as perfecting the bridal bouquet to ensure it looks great from all angles and is comfortable to hold while walking or taking pictures. 

    The prices of all arrangements, installations, and flowers in bud vases include vessel rental. The total price includes a 12 % service fee, which covers design, design meeting, other design communication, and labor costs for larger floral arrangements. Prices include VAT 25.5 %. The minimum order is 600 €.

  • After getting in touch, we will compile a preliminary offer based on our email discussions.

    You accept the offer and our terms and conditions by paying 25% of the total amount from the preliminary offer. At the same time, we reserve your desired wedding date in our calendar.

    The deposit is deducted from the final invoice, so there are no additional charges for the reservation. However, the deposit is non-refundable if the wedding flower order is canceled by the customer.

    Closer to the wedding day, around 1-3 months in advance, we can arrange a meeting in our studio to discuss the details more thoroughly. The meeting is included in the price.

    It’s quite common for flower needs to change as the wedding day approaches, and that’s completely normal and understandable – no worries! This is why we refer to the first offer as a preliminary offer, which we can adjust together along the way to ensure the wedding flowers are perfect for your day!

    After accepting the offer, you can still add products or make small adjustments as the wedding day gets closer. However, the final details must be with us at least two weeks before the wedding day.

  • Our studio is located in Helsinki, in Töölö, but we can also provide flowers for weddings held elsewhere – just ask for a quote!

  • We always source our flowers as locally as possible, which is why our selection varies according to the seasons.

    This means we cannot always guarantee exactly the same varieties and shades as in for instance inspiration photos. And even when we can, it’s good to remember that every flower is unique, and there may be slight variations in color or tones.

    We are happy to help you find the perfect varieties that match the atmosphere and color scheme you’re looking for, using seasonal flowers.

    Weather fluctuations affect the timing of harvests for field-grown flowers. For example, the peony season is usually in June, and we can reliably get dahlias from the end of July/early August to the end of September.
