The price of wedding flowers is influenced by factors such as the types of flowers used, their quantity, and the time spent on design and flower binding.

We always do our best to ensure that your wedding flowers meet your expectations, which is why we allocate separate time for the design process. Additionally, the binding process takes time, such as perfecting the bridal bouquet to ensure it looks great from all angles and is comfortable to hold while walking or taking pictures. 

The prices of all arrangements, installations, and flowers in bud vases include vessel rental. The total price includes a 15 % service fee, which covers design, design meeting, other communication, and labor costs for larger floral arrangements. Prices include VAT 25.5 %. The minimum order is 900 €.

After getting in touch, we will compile a preliminary offer based on our email discussions.

You accept the offer and our terms and conditions by paying 25% of the total amount from the preliminary offer. At the same time, we reserve your desired wedding date in our calendar.

The deposit is deducted from the final invoice, so there are no additional charges for the reservation. However, the deposit is non-refundable if the wedding flower order is canceled by the customer.

Closer to the wedding day, around 1-3 months in advance, we can arrange a meeting in our studio to discuss the details more thoroughly. The meeting is included in the price.

It’s quite common for flower needs to change as the wedding day approaches, and that’s completely normal and understandable – no worries! This is why we refer to the first offer as a preliminary offer, which we can adjust together along the way to ensure the wedding flowers are perfect for your day!

After accepting the offer, you can still add products or make small adjustments as the wedding day gets closer. However, the final details must be with us at least two weeks before the wedding day.

The preparation of your wedding flowers begins about two days before your big day. That’s when the blooms arrive from our growers, and we carefully process them to ensure they’re at their most beautiful when your celebration begins.

Most often, the Studio Frö team delivers your wedding flowers in person, setting everything in place and adding the final touches on site, so every detail comes together just as beautifully as envisioned.

Our studio is located in Helsinki, in Töölö, but we can also provide flowers for weddings held elsewhere – just ask for a quote!

We always source our flowers as locally as possible, which is why our selection varies according to the seasons.

This means we cannot always guarantee exactly the same varieties and shades as in for instance inspiration photos. And even when we can, it’s good to remember that every flower is unique, and there may be slight variations in color or tones.

We are happy to help you find the perfect varieties that match the atmosphere and color scheme you’re looking for, using seasonal flowers.

Weather fluctuations affect the timing of harvests for field-grown flowers. For example, the peony season is usually in June, and we can reliably get dahlias from the end of July/early August to the end of September.
